I like this guy, Dylan, but I'm not sure if he likes me too. we'er friends, so I know he knows me. But how can I tell if he likes me? And Whats a good way to tell him I like him back? (Ps. I have a locker, and so dose he, so If it involves a locker, now you know)

Well, if you are brave you could just ask him if he wants to go to a movie. If you are friends to begin with this should be easy and then, once you are out you can take it from there. Shy guys some times just need that boost and have a hard time asking the girl. There is nothing wrong with your asking him. If you don't have the nerve to ask him, you can always have your friend do it, but make sure it's a good friend that you can trust not to say something stupid to embarrass you. If you are already friends though, go ahead and just ask him to a movie. Say you really want to go see Whatever is playing and no one else wants to go and just ask him if he wants to. That way you aren't on the hook if he says no, and if he says yes, you are one step closer and nature should take its course.

Just tell him that you enjoy being with him and hope that you can start spending more time with him. Since you mentioned the locker, you can leave him little treats to let him know. Take a lollipop and tie a note that says, "I am a sucker for you." Or slip him a coupon for a soda. Open your locker and announce that you got one also...Now ask him if he wants to go with you to get a drink.

I like the direct approach. "Hey, I like really like you. Wanna hang out sometime?"
If he says, no, don't take it personal. Putting guys on the spot, sometimes freaks them out. He might come around in the end. Just remember: There are lots of really nice guys out there.
If he says yes, then COOL!
