Were there is no trust there can be no loyalty, what have you done to make them say this to you, if nothing then move on and make new friends, it appears they have a problem and not you, if you have been lying then explain why you did and if they still can't forgive you for been honest then you have little option to move on and learn by your mistakes, some friendships never were that in the first place and you have to just accept it, good luck.

say ohh well sorry you feel that way and forget about it,you prob will not regain there trust again because whatever happened will always be remembered,people always forget the good things but always remember the bad things

get new friend or maybe you done a real bad thing and can't be trusted, then deal with it carefully

move on tell them well i cant be friends with someone who dont trust me or believe me, so this is the end of us and the beginnin of me and someone new

ask them what you done if you have done something that would tick yourself off say your sorry and you don't know what you were thinking or say you were really drunk and you will do anything to smooth things over if you don't care that much about the friendship leave it she/ he will need you before you need them.
