I'm 30, I have 2 kids, I have been married for 11 years but sex to me is like ironing, it's just another chore that always needs to be done at some point. Don't get me wrong I still have great sex with my Husband but I never seem to have sexual desires?

Low libido (low sexual desire), is a very common problem for many women after childbirth or for those on birth control. It can also happen to young women or women of all ages. The cause is usually a hormonal imbalance.

There are many type of herbal supplements that can help you regain your libido. Horny Goat weed and Ginseng are good products, and there are also combination herbal supplments that work even better, I have heard that Boom is a real good one. The trick with kerbal supplements is finding the right one that works best for you because it all depends on how your body reacts to it. It may take some time and money to find the right one and once you do, I would recommend sticking with it. Here is a link to a web site that sells all kinds of herbal supplments for low libido and orgasm pleasure.

I feel like that sometimes. The worry of life can really get you down. Right now I'm 34 and pregnant with my first baby, am off work sick, have financial worries, worried about the birth, don't feel sexy anymore because of my big belly . . . I just find sex is a chore like you said. I tell myself that when things are more settled they will get better in that respect.

Sometimes just watching a bit of pornography works for me! I used to hate the idea of porn but since I dipped into a few of my BF's porny films I find that they can get me in the mood. I guess they are harmless.

Sexual desires are fed by attention from others and my guess is that deep down you don't consider yourself sexy - this is probably an image thing - it's up to you - so do something about it.

you are probably tired and in a rut, i feel the same but we ignore it besause we love and look after our families and are too busy, try a night out for a meal you and your hubby, and get drunk, you need some time together alone! so do I come to that.

Have you tried soya milk? Apparently, the high levels of Oestrogen boost your libido.
