I believe that would violate the first amendment and be considered unconstitutional...so I highly doubt it. If your that mad about it, call her supervisor, report her, and try and get her fired that way. Just say that you were very offended and if it is not taken care of you will move out.

You cannot sue someone for calling you a name, like a jerk or something. But if he called you a child molester or a terrorist, and other people heard him say it, then you could sue for slander.

No, but you can press harrassment charges if it continues, you will be evicted if you do, so i would just go smash something (like a small old tv) and forget it.
