depends on the bra size
now a size 44 (cup size is pretty irrelevant), after knots, would still probably yield about 40 inches of length
10 feet of length should be more than enough to get even a short person down from a fairly high second story window
10 feet is 120 inches, which is only 3 bras
even with a thinner woman, you still ought to be able to get safely down with 4 bras (especially since there is some stretch)
my answer: 1-4 depending on the climbers height and daring and the bra suppliers girth

The bra's wouldn't be strong enough to hold someone for the length of time it would take for them to climb down. Bra's are made to stretch, not made for strength.
Most people, that I've seen in the movies, use sheets tied together, but I don't recommend them either. I'd rather use the door.

well that depends on how big the boobs are that fit into the said bras. But I'd say that you'd need at least 1, then you could not be a baby about it and fall the rest of the way and land on your feet, cats can do it, and we all know that cats are way crappier than humans.

Depends on the bra size I would think :-) You'd probably need less 44s than 32s...

A lot. I wouldn't try it if I were you. It sucks when you fall.
