What kind of fetishy/kinky stuff can I do with spandex? Bondage or layering tips are examples. Please help!

Well you are not alone as i am sure you have found out. We ALL love that stuff. Though I kind of love those micro-fiber/spandex blends.
You can spend a weekend in them layering with leos and thongs. Or is that a little too 80's..ish?
Have you even played with a monkey in tights? My monkey loves hiding in them. :) But then that's kinda kinky you know.

I'm not really into sado-masochism or anything kinky, so I can't be of much help. But since it is a stretchy and rubbery material, it lends itself to the imagination, which yours I'm sure, is much better than mine for that type of thing. The only thing that really comes to mind right now are body suits and whips. You can take it from there.....
