Classy Freddie Blassie, was one of the greatest bad guys in sports entertainment and a huge star in wrestling Golden Era of the 1950s, he started his career in the late 30's and ended it in the 70's when he turned in to one of the best managers in WWE history. He worked there till the early 90's. He is a WWE Hall of Famer.
In Japan he was nicknamed "The Vampire" because he would bite his opponent, it is said that he caused many Japanese to have heart attacks after watching his bloody matches with Rikidozan (Japan's biggest star).
He invented the modern Cage Match.
Managed WWE Hall of Famers Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, and the immortal Hulk Hogan.
