i am a middle aged man in a stable loving relationship, i have a good body and would like to know what the real opinion of the ladies out there is regarding thongs on men, i find them comfortable and practical but am i not doing myeslf any favours in pants department or is commando the way to go?

My answer would be NO, NO, NO. Its not a good look on a man. But sexy tight boxers do the trick for me everytime. A thong to me says sleazy, but your girlfriend may think different. Ask her.

men in thongs is a no no. Go for calvin Klein boxers.

Commando for me, also ... if my other half was to wear thongs i'm afraid i wouldn't be able to resist the urge to pull it up at the back. Not sure how comfortable that would be for him though. :-)

commando is definitely better than thong. there's something so wrong about a guy in a thong. it 'smacks' of narcissism somehow. my guy is 46 and goes commando most of the time. i think it's healthier

I like tight boxers. Thongs make me laugh. Honestly. They make me think straight away - male stripper. They should be worn for the novelty, like if you had a parrot, or elephant trunk pair.
