Haha, yeah. A lot of problems are due to people being obsessed with something they shouldn't obsess about.
I used to obsess about sex. I stopped after I actually did something and started being what women actually want, instead of trying to be what I want AND what they want at the same time.
I now know that what I wanted was exactly what they wanted, but I was so confused that I just would not believe that?
I was looking up at who I wanted to be, and who others wanted me to be. I was stuck in the middle, the place of frustration. It pulled at my heart strings, and created such heart ache that I just couldn't think straight anymore.
Now, I make myself frustrated on purpose, so I can laugh when I am done.

Interesting notion! Men will often offer this solution when confronted with a cranky woman... "She just needs to get l**d!" Sounds sexist, but there might be something to it.
I've had a really frustrating day. I'm going to track down hubby and conduct an "experiment". *wink*

yup I knew a guy that had it so bad he would steal porno from your tool box if he thought you were not looking. We would always catch him we even busted him jacking off in a break room. His addiction lead to him getting busted by his wife and they got a divorce because she caught him in the garage playing with himself watching a movie in the vans dvd player

well, since sexual entercourse is what is considered "a good stress" for the body, yes.
But, there are plenty of other ways you can do this without sex, so my answer would be no.
(but it sure helps! lol)

a lot of it is in the mind. sex can become an obsession. when this happens it is time to take it in hand before it takes over your life.
