Heat and air!

Clouds are nothing more than water vapors that are floating in the sky.

Heat evaporates surface water into tiny water particles that rise into the sky. The air under the water particles are more dense than the water vapor. These conditions cause the water vapor to keep clouds up in the sky.

yes, god. very intelligent. it's actually simple physics. clouds are nothing more than vapors. much like how your bathroom gets steamy after a long hot shower? these vapors are lighter than air yet denser than the upper atmosphere. they hang there at the mercy of the winds and cannot "fall" due to their relative lightness in mass.
