I put down a $200 deposit a little over two years ago when I first purchased my plan. I didn't have the best credit history, but was told that as long as I was in good standing and didn't have any delinquent payments I would be refunded the 200 or I could put it towards my bill or a new phone if I decided to stay with the company. This $200 was reflected on my 'Account' page of the website until about a month ago. Every e-mail and call has been a waste of time and now they are saying I didn't even put the original deposit down. Am I the only one?????
