Always use CLOTH to clean your glasses! Never paper.

Get a good microfiber cloth. They are made in several grades of coarseness, so you will want a fine one. There is nothing better and they won't scratch your lenses. Just wash the lenses under the faucet. If they are really greasy, just put a bit of soap on your thumb and forefinger and rub the lenses. Rinse with water and dry with the microfiber cloth. If they are not too dirty, the cloth by itself used dry will work great.

No. Use soap and water, but then use a gentle towel to dry them off. You can also get this great lens cleaner from PearlVision that cleans them and gets rid of any smudges. Just remember to always be gentle so as to not scratch the lens.

1. hold the lenses under running water to get them wet.
2. rub a very small drop of liquid soap between finger and thumb.
3. use finger and thumb to distribute soap solution on both sides of both lenses.
4. rinse off under running water.
5. daub dry with lint free cotton cloth - like a handkerchief or clean t-shirt.

NEVER use tissue or paper towels. They are abrasive. Use something like a cotton t-shirt. Better yet, get those cleaning cloths for glasses. I wear contacts now but used to wear glasses.

I just use soapy water to clean it, then dry off the few drops of water left behind with a paper towel.

first of all do not use paper or your t-shirt as some people have said. to just remove dirt get a cleaning cloth. they should have either free ones at your optical store or you can purchase one. they usually also sell a cleaner that is really good. to clean dirt and smudges off your lenses rinse them off and if you do no have a cleaning cloth use a clean cotton cloth. you do not want to wipe your lenses off when there is dirt on them as this will scratch them.

I clean mine with a glass cleaner and then rinse them with tap water, and then I rinse them again by spraying distilled water onto them in hopes of rinsing away any trace minerals in the tap water. Then I dry them with a clean handkerchief, but I try to pat them dry instead of wipe them dry.

Anything that don't omit little fuzzies. A t-shirt. There are cleaners specifically for cleaning glasses. I don't wear normal glasses but I have used these for cleaning my sunglasses. I hope it helps.
