Rubbing & rumbling noise appears at initial starting motions and crawling speed. Crawling meaning equivalent to walking speed.

it is either your brakes or wheel bearing by the description you give it is most likely your brakes

On one side or both? Truly sounds like wheel bearings. Not easy to replace. Need to be pressed in. A few hundred bucks at a reputable shop. Good luck. The bearings will only need to be replaced once, they last a long time. May have to put one on another wheel later down the road though.

Some of the rubber blocks may need some lubrication. Spray some up there and try again.

Could be brake shoes are rubbing internally a bit, or your bearings back there are starting to wear noticably.
