the Torah is the same as Old Testament so yes it does .An example is God's wrath on the city of Sadom & Gomorrah.

Yes, in leviticus, you'll find a scripture that says a man shall not lay down with another man... and i think the penalty for it is stoning or something...

Actually, the Torah does NOT condemm gays. Judaism only condones the homosexual act, not the state of mind.
