Why can't i log into blogger.com and why are the recovery emails not getting to me?

I have also experience some problems posting entries. Starting yesterday, Google is revamping blogger.com. They are adding new features and polishing existing features. You might have heard about it. It's all over the Internet. It's possible that the restructuring of blogger.com may be the cause of our problems.
