Do you have higher or lower expectations of your bank than you do from other companies you deal with?

Personally I have lower expectations, the reason being is that although I indirectly deal with the Bank on a daily basis (ie through writing cheques, cash machine withdrawals etc.) I seldom have direct contact with them and I suppose take them for granted. That said, if I were in a financially challenged position then I would have a different perspective.

I have a higher expectation - but then again I think bankers have it easy and are just money hungery bastards

- I should toy with peoples lives for a living, sounds like fun

Well, I work at my bank, so I expect a lot.

HIGHER. I hope those people protect me when I pay online. Can assist me if/when someone steals my card and charges up massive amounts of charges.
