There was a virus going around that would disable the BIOS or whatever making one's PSP useless. It was called the Brick virus because it essentially turned one's $250 PSP into an expensive brick. I'd believe "bricking ur psp" means having your system catch that virus, probably while looking for homebrew utilities and such.
