Ravens!...Look at it this way...the Steelers have the better offense so they will be on the field longer. The Ravens offense isn't proven yet and frankly I question if they are better at all...so they will have their Def. out there more only to be more productive on the points for you. You didn't mention if special team points are included in your point total so don't forget to figure that as well!

Ravens. Coming off an off year, expect Ray Lewis and the new guys to step it up. Polamalu is over rated, and the only reason they are considered good is because they made it to the superbowl.

The Ravens are expected to bounce back this year. Personally, I don't put too much stock in defenses because the dynamics change so much from year to year.

I have to say Ravens, they had great additions and Ray Lewis should be in above average form... Expect them to be a big improvement over last year.
