If it's a weeknight, I go in the bedroom with a book and one of my cats, turn on HGTV or the Style channel, grab a Coke or bottle of water and just "veggie."
If it's a weekend, I'll head to the mall or one of my favorite stores and just browse.
A lot of my "me" time is also spent on the computer.

Two radically different options. Depending on how i am feeling, i will either spend time on the internet, or take a long walk. Both make me feel better.....for different reasons.

Nowhere. I don't get any "me" time. This is one of the reasons for my high blood pressure & crippling depression!
