Unless your parents are famous stars or political figures, I don't think you stand a chance! How many other kids in your neighbourhood have musical icons performing at their birthday parties? You should concentrate on wanting things that are possible. Maybe tickets to the next Nelly concert?

First of all. . nelly is a no good undertalented overhyped self serving piece of ghetto crap! Why would you want him to perform at your party? He really doesn't perform at all. You'd be better off asking for the car! It would probably be cheaper.
Recording artists don't usually do private performances and if they do, it'll set you back a pretty penny .... probably the price of a lamborghini.
