I suggest you show your individuality, since your on a budget maybe you can pair something that you already own with new accessories or get a few new tops. For example you can wear a pair of jeans you already own with a new shirt and belt. If you know how to sew, you can make things out of fabric from pieces you already own.Thats what i do, but its just a suggestion.

I'm a fashion trend researcher and former fashion designer and I am here to help! The latest trends for fall are skinny jeans with ballet flats, the color purple, and lots of layers. Matching pieces are O-U-T out! Coordinating pieces are in! Your clothes can be plain and simple, but accessories really make the outfit. Chunky necklaces are so great with a flowy tank. Also, try layering black leggings under just about everything, especially dresses. Black leggings dress down formal pieces to make them easy to wear to school. For girls your age, I would suggest shopping at Forever 21, because it has the latest trends and cute pieces for very cheap! I love their accessories, too! Another idea is to go to a more expensive department store that you would never think you could afford on a budget, and check out the sales racks. Like check out the extremely reduced stuff that you can get an even larger discount on if you use your store credit card. The prices on the tag are often times more than it really costs, so don't be discouraged. Ask an employee how much it really costs. Good luck!

its hard to get a new wardrobe on a budget because you dont want to shop at walmart! Go to tjmax or any cool outlet stores. Pick out peices that no one will have, and basics. When you through them together right they should look pretty good, but dont forget to try things on and get the right color or style for you body type and skin tone. Get jewlery, hats, and cool shoes. Remember to show that you are proud of what your wearing becuase i shy attitude with a hot outfit just wont work hun. oh, and dont try to act better than other people because of your outfit, thats how you sink deep quickly! trust me.

go to the mall, look for what you like, i'm sure you'll find some good deals
for your new style try skinny jeans and layering shirts and tanks.. add some accessories (i dont usually wear accessories, but whatever)

go threw your closet and sell any thing you don't wear or don't fit anymore for extra money and closet space and when you go shoping buy different colours of shirts and cute jeans so you can alternate and buy different types of shoes and remember that clearence is the magic word of shoping have fun!
