Depends on their upbringing and religious beliefs.

I guess most people will live life till they are really close to the date and then they will either get much closer to their family and friends as they come to look over what they have done with their lives.

I guess Cancer patients and people who have lived till they are 90 and know that any day now can be their last would know the answer best.

Live your life being good to all around ou just in case the next moment is your last. Go forth and live your life, not worry about it.

First of all, unless you kill yourself you don't know the date of your death, there is no way to tell and the Bible states that not even the angels in Heaven know.

I agree with the beautiful Tim McGraw song, Live Like You Were Dying. Because from birth, we really are dying a bit more every single day. You could be dead before midnight, think about it. There are no guarantees in this life. Make Jesus Christ Lord of your life and ask for forgiveness and ask him to come into your heart before it's too late.

I can answer this question first hand for you, after watching my Father die of Lung Cancer this past June. Nearly everyone will do everything in there power to let the people around them know just how they feel about them, resolving any unsettled issues and living everyday possible to the absolute fullest, with no hatred towards God or any questions why. Never once feeling sorry for themselves, but feeling sorry for the people around them, because ultimately they are the ones that will be suffering. I must not forget, praying like you've never prayed before.

They'd do every selfish thing their hearts desired right up to the time of their death and then they'd try to get saved and get into Gods good favor trying to keep from going to Gehenna.

Just like they do now. Everybody is dying now because of the effects of sin but MOST wait till they are on their death beds before they try to live a righteous life. As if God cannot read their evil intentions of the heart.

Most people would probably try to prevent their own death, and in so doing, most likely cause it in the process.

People are given a finite amount of time in life, we're all meant to die at some point. Trying to change that if an exercize in futility. People have a natural tendancy to forget. IT isn't how much time you're given. Its all about what you do with the time you have.

If people knew when they would die......they might be so preoccupied by it that they don't enjoy life.

On the flip side, they may try and enjoy life to the fullest and go crazy and do whatever until they die.

They might also try to cheat death, and in trying to cheat death might end up causing their death.........

No matter what, it's best we don't know, it would easily change the course of our lives, for better or much worse, and would fill most with anxiety

I have know several people that knew they were going to die due to terminal health conditions. Perhaps they did not know the exact day or time but the general date anyway. I also recently had an old dog die on me. She and I both knew she was old and ill and her time had come. We both came to terms with it and she went to sleep and passed away.
People deal with death differently knowing when you are going to die can help you plan for it. One thing is certain and that is everything born will some day die. That is inevitable.

Knowing when you are going to die changes nothing unless you do something about it so that choice is up to you.

I think life insurance and accidental death insurance agents will starve - why protect against something that you know won't happen for a while (just wait till the day before and buy a lot of coverage).

Well if you knew the day you were going to die..., then every stupid crazy foolish thing you did up until that day wouldn't kill you. And everything that doesn't kill you only makes you stronger? Hmm..., optimists would look at it as 33 years to live, were pessimists would say 33 years till I die.

I like this question, hard to say for sure how people would handle that kind of information. There would surely be mixed reactions though. It would be harder to get people to show up for work though I would imagine.
