You're probably not getting enough water. The smell and the color is from Phosphorous in your urine. Drink more water until your pee runs clear. If thats not the case than you might have a bladder infection and have to go see a doctor.

It can mean dehydration or an UTI. If you went to the Dr. and they didn't find anything then try drinking more water to see if it clears up. If it doesn't clear up it could still be a UTI. It is possible to have a negative test and still have a UTI. If it doesn't clear up after increasing your water intake. (you should try drinking 8-10 glasses of water) then try some cranberry juice. The cranberry juice will help if it's indeed a UTI.

Urea makes pee smell strong. Urea is a by-product of protein metabolism. Decrease red meat intake (use chicken or fish) and drink a lot of water and consume more vegies (not the dark leafy ones) and citrus fruits.

It means you ate/drank something with a very strong odor in it and your kidneys, being the remarkable organ that they are, did a great job of eliminating it from your body.(This assumes that your doc has checked you out and not found any infection, etc.)

You need to increase your intake of water. Not just liquids. You need water to keep your kidneys functioning properly. If your kidneys are functioning properly all of your other organs can do what they do properly. You could also drink a jug of cranberry juice to give your kidneys a boost.
Also what nixinvestiga just above me said. lol

If your doctor said everything is fine, then these people really can't help. Don't worry about it.
