The ability to transplant heart lungs liver kidneys - isn't it offal? - yet when youu knacker a tendon they tell you there's nothing they can do for you! My bum knee knows when it's getting damp.

Putting a man on the moon/creating massively expensive weapons before feeding the hungry and tending the sick.... had to be my first thought. Then I wondered about all those jewels in the Vatican...sand in the mouths of orphans, ,methinks.

Taking on a baggage handler then doing the security checks (if any are done that is)
Of course that could also apply to child carers and all sorts.
