A few days ago. I was thinking about a guy I dated for a long time and had to break up with because he just didn't feel the same way about me as I did about him. Just thinking about how I wasted almost two years of my life loving him and never get anything in return.

i cried just a few days ago, because i found out that the guy i like, was off in europe, hooking up with this girl. when he came back, and i found out, i was totally crushed, and barely did anything for a week.
now its better though: he and the girl aren't together anymore, and he and i are friends... so i'm working through it.

don't worry about feeling down... it happens to everyone.
but if you think its serious, talk to your doctor or something, because you could have depression, which is actually quite dangerous.

the last time i cried was when i thought about the abortion i had two years ago, the baby would have been 16 months old now. I dont think i will ever get over the pain, but have some how learned to cope with it.................i would never do it again,,,, but whos to say i will ever get pregnant again.....to have a life growing inside of you and take on that choice not to have it was the biggest decision i have ever had to make and would never do again.

I cried with laughter at work today. we've got this really evil boss and he apparently had a dodgy tummy and he messed his pants in the office and had to get his wife to bring him a clean pair before taking the day off! guess if he was nice we'd have felt sorry for him but nobody did

Yesterday. I was just thinking about my best friend from college that passed away a few months ago.

Sometimes a good cry can be a great release for all of your pent up emotions.

i do feel down, but having schizophrenia its hard to show your feelings so you bottle it all up and dont express it in the same way. have you just got it, because it might be SAD, coming on. cos of the change of weather, or otherwise ask your dr for some help.
