I can't remember his name but he died recently. Apparently they had problems getting him into his Coffin, they put his left leg in.......

As for okey dokey:- There's not much to be said about this little phrase, which is a variant of okay. It is 20th century American and first appears in print in Maurice Harley Weseen's 1934 Dictionary of American Slang:
So no I don't think there is a connection between the 2.

If you mean the hokey-cokey, it was a dance that came out in the 1940's. Very popular during the war at canteen dances etc. (Platform shoes for women were also v. popular; the combination sounds deadly!) In the US it's called the hokey-pokey, which sounds kinda rude...
