I was found innocent in Jan/2006 since then my atty. has been dragging his feet my bank accts or still frozen and I called him today and he told me I want to apologize to you for dragging my feet .. and then started talking about all of these damage suits he wants to file.. I just want my life back and my checking acct and saving acct...and then he said OH and by the way I will be out of the office Wed Thur and Friday b/c of a golf tournment..HELLO IM STARVING TO DEATH OVER HEAR.. What can I do please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess its to late I have already paid him $28,000.00 and paid a hand writting expert $2500.00 and another $5000.00 to come and testify-

Tell him you are going to report him to the B association if he will not do his job NOW!!,@ the same time look for a better Atty and have him take your case and call requesting all your files and that hi will take over . HE WILL CALL YOU to calm you down i know that, because he wants to get paid if the other Atty take the case he will tell you how to finish your contract with this guy. I hope this will help you , be strong when you call or leave a message .@ his AM or secretary

While this probably isn't exactly what you wanted to hear, you really should contact the state bar association and report this attorney's behavior.

If you go to the following website:

You'll be able to figure out whom you need to contact in your state.

I would also contact another attorney and explain the situation to him/her and see what s/he says. It's possible that a mere phone call to the court will get your assets unfrozen, but I'm not sure.

It's definitely worth soliciting a second opinion....

There is a governing group for attorneys called the 'bar association'. bring him up on charges. Use another attorney.

i hate to say this but call an other lawer and c wat can u do and c if u maybe able to sue that lawer who wants ur money but he anit doin anything on it now
