My way (similar to the others, but different):

No Firefox needed. Just Firefox enhanced.
No FLV Player needed. Just FLV Player enhanced.

Use this website:

Then download this:
http://rainscape.org.uk/flvconvert.zip

This converts the .flv files to .mpeg (can be played in Real Player)
