Tienen - do they have
Hijos - sons or daughters
usted - you
y - and
su - your
esposa - wife
; more formatively, it means "Do you have kids? And your wife?"
However it's mixed up, it could be any of these:
"Tiene hijos usted y su esposa?" (Do you and your wife have kids?)
"Tiene hijos usted, o su esposa?" (Do you or your wife have kids?)
The verb "tienen" is incorrectly conjugated, or if it is conjugated correctly, there should be a coma after the word "hijos" to separate it - it's redundant to say "Do you all have kids you and your wife?"

Tienen - they have or you (plural, formal) have (from verb "tener" or to have)
hijos - literally - sons (hijo is son) but in this sense it means "children" (sons and daughters, where hija is "daughter" but in Spanish the masculine ending of "o" takes the dominant stance when referring to a group of people)
usted - You (formal)
y = and
su = his or her, or your (formal) - this case it is your (formal)
esposa - wife
So in other words, this question is "Do you and your wife have children?"

but the correct translation would be:

Spanish speakers use the same technology as any other type of speakers. Mostly woofers are used for the lower frequencies. If it's for music or speaking it should have a high enough wattage rating to match the amplifier power output.

The sentence is translated to mean: "Do you and your wife have children?" Word for word? "Have children you and your wife"? But I don't think you'd want to say it like that. In Spanish the subjects and verbs are often reversed -- but the meanings are the same.

Word for word doesn't work, you have to take the meaning as a whole.
Do you and your wife have children? (You is formal.)
IT DOES NOT involve how many.
The answer would be:
SÃ, tenemos hijos (yes, we have children)
No, no tenemos hijos (no, we don't have children)
