The Urban Dictionary has various definitions, from sexual to just plain juvenile sillyness.

"In my pants"

There once was a wee lad from Hoboken
who's silence left many a word unspoken
his only response to his families rants
was the unusual term 'in my pants'

Now that quiet little boy would at a dance
meet a lovely girl by way of France
the only English words she knew by chance
were the unusual three of 'in my pants'

Happily ever after the two would live
with a limited vocabulary each would give
until one day when a boil appeared on site
and a surgeon was called, Oh what a fright

The wee lad writhed in pain and fear
as soon as that doctor did get near
the question was asked with hand on lance
'where is the boil,' ....it's "In my pants"....

You were aware of the voyage made to Jimbo's pants? It's pure nonsense of course and I'm sure that the whole thing started here to shock and delight the masses by the "once and future king of suspensions" Jimbo. (oops he did it again). He's great at taking a notion and riding it till it cries for mercy but at the same time we NEVER seem to tire of his bon mots. Gotta love the guy.
The Beastie Boys have an album though by this name and whilst I am not familiar with the content I am sure it too shocking and delightful.

I'm not sure. It sort of implies two people in one pair of pants. The whole sentance inplies the person who invented it was drunk/high/wasted.

how do you get to level six and not understand this phrase?! are you an idiot-savant!? does one know they're an idiot-savant? i despair of reaching third level! it means, roughly, something sexual, the genitalia being in one's pants. oddly, you rarely, if ever, hear, 'in my skirt!", or, "in my burkha!".
