i've heard people say you know what big shoes mean, big feet, but i have a feeling that i means somthing else, could you please help me with this.

You'll learn with experience that a man with large hands(and/or feet) is often well-endowed in the penis dept. as well. It can be an indicator, but isn't 100% true. I'd say about 75%.
Though small-handed guys can go either way.
