Why don't Middle Eastern countries governments have control of their countries?

It seems like they aren't even doing anything to support their country. The people rely on these militia groups to protect and help them because the govenment either can't or won't.
Israel's army just walked into Lebanon and started blowing up the south. Did Lebanon even send troops to protect their south? They allowed them to just destroy their people's homes and businesses.
Why do these governments even exist, if they can't protect themselves, their people or their countries? Why wouldn't Hezbollah be the government? A lot of people support them. Why don't we let them fight it out? After all is said and done, they will finally dwindle into a small group of outcasts that don't have the numbers to fight anymore. That way people can go to the Middle East if they want to leave the countries on the other side of the globe.
Why do these governments exist if they can't help their country? Do we just let them continue to fight?

there are 2 countries in the middle east, which have militia groups, Iraq and Lebanon.
the militia groups in Iraq exist since the American army came and destroyed the central government and everything, so it is normal that are a lot of militia groups.
in Lebanon Hezbollah existed 1985 after Israel invasion, and since then it Resistances the occupation of Israel, so when the occupation ends this militia group will automatically disappear.

dear it seems that you dont know anything about the geopolitics. the world devided between powers. the region that you mentioned has the vast amount of energy and fossil oil and gas. the euroupe needs energy us wants to be the big buullyy and they have been setting up regimes that they are the us poppets ans british - france - german.... these f------k-ing people are manged and cotrolled by jewish racist group of people who belive that there should be some sate so called israel to become the jandarm police for the region. unfortunately the israel is a cancerious tummer for the region. the more you support the tumer the biger and deadlier it gets . so dont you think it is the time to surgically remove this cancerious tumer from the region.

I believe that it is the job of a certain few to antagonize certain places that have natural resources. If the people are divided it's much easier to grab the loot while the citizenry are warring.
