If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Sometimes the simple things are the best. I always had oily skin, and was prone to break outs, Then this solution was given to me, and I still do it 32 yrs. later... Wash your face morning and night with Zest soap and very warm water(not scalding) and then rinse it in cold water, and dry it. Then wet a cotton ball or two with rubbing alcohol, and rub these all over your face. (You'll probably want to hold your breath though, while you're doing this, or ,I just fan it dry with my hands - dries quickly.) The Zest and the alcohol both help to dry out the pimples, and it a lot cheaper than other solutions, and has even been done by Hollywod movie stars. If for some reason (none that I know of) this doesn't work for you, speak to your Dr. or Dermatologist. They also sell Proactive on t.v. that you can try, but like I said, my way is simple, easy, and inexpensive. And I know it works. (people are always saying what a nice complexion I have.) I hope this helps you. *Smile*

hi, if you can make an appointment with a dermatologist, and find out the cause of the acne, it may help you decide your next step. Acne is caused by different causitive agents. If its viral, an antibiotic cream and oral treatment for a month could rid you of it. Also ive heard doctors say that washing your face with a little soap and water twice a day, in the morning and at night helps. Clindamycin is used to treat viral breakouts, but you have to check with a practitioner about the cause of the breakout and then get the necessary treatment. Am sorry, am no doctor but this much have heard first hand from the practitioners themselves, this is all i know. alll the best. bye

I don't know about you're daily routines, but you may stray away from leaning your face on your hands. The sweat build up on your hands can trap grease into the pores on your face causing a lot of acne problems. Also, just wash it everyday, you can use a special acne product or just soap works for me. If it's really bad, go see a doctor, you may have a chemical imbalance.

Go to wal-mart and pick up some "Acne Free". It's a 3-step treatment that cost about $18-20. It works....It's got all the same ingredients as Pro-active, but much much cheaper.

Go to a lab for microbiology. Ask them for a sensitivity test for the bacteria causing your acne. Get the test results which is the basis for the antibacterial agent you will use. Get a prescription from your doctor. Stick to it until they are all gone. Good luck.

I easily discover the elementary strategies, the main helpful. Get a respectable face wash, one that works nicely with your epidermis. be sure what epidermis sort you have and circulate from there. Wash morning and evening, without fail and consistently get rid of all strains of makeup in case you positioned on any. Get a moisturiser for day, and a evening cream. Moisturise your face morning and evening after cleansing. Exfoliate as quickly as each and every week yet be soft. Face mask as quickly as each and every week to a fortnight. And to apply at as quickly as on spots, antibacterial creams alongside with sudocrem, savlon or germaline artwork super on spots. A dab of fragrance on them (as long because of the fact the spot isn't open ie from finding out on *dont %.!*) instantaneous will additionally help dry it up, make it smaller and shrink redness without drying the exterior around it. basically dont use lots. i for my section discover zits remedies are some distance too harsh on the exterior. it ought to do away with zits, yet your epidermis gets so so dry, and each from time to time zits remedies have left my spots much greater contaminated. It would desire to easily count number on the exterior sort.
