Mine did, when I was younger. I was forced to go to summer school no choice what so ever. The summer of my junior year in high school, I spent writing scholarship letters. Some of it was boring, but things like stained glass, clay and sculptures rocked.

My mom did when I was in middle school, just math problems so I didn't get rusty and make an *** out of myself when school started. didn't work though, I still cant count to 100. Probably because my sisters would do the work for me.

Of course! Although, I don't have much work to do this summer... other than community service hours, which I'm frustrated about.

Not my parents, but I got algebra homework from my soon to be math teacher. And I had to read a really boring book too.

No - I'm not in school! Listen to your parents - they know what is best.
