Sounds like you've got a tire out of balance... that's all.
Any of the other problems mentioned would begin to appear at any speed.

This type of thing can also happen if your tires are not balanced. If you have a tire weight fall off, it could cause vibrations at different speeds.

Speed specific harmonics are results of unbalanced rotating equipment. Check all that spins. I'd start with the tires first.

First of all, if you're a man, go kick it. Then check all the tires for any bulges on both sides and check the psi in the tires. But my best, but well thought out, guess is that they are not properly aligned and need to be balanced. It should be in the warranty to cover it, if you bought it from a dealer, but not "as is", unless there's a coverage period..

The first thing to do is to have the tires balanced. Have it done with a spin balancer and not a static balancer. It could be other things but tire balancing is the first thing to rule out.

Chances are it is either your tires need balancing or you need a front end alignment. I doubt if it is you tie rods. You would hear knocking sound over bumps at the high speeds.

your front tires are very sensitive to imbalance. Having them balanced on the car should only cost a few dollars.

Well, if I "just bought a new car" and it was doing this, I'd have it back at the dealership and have them fixing whatever is the problem with the car, or they'd be getting a slightly used car back.
