Cloth Napkins give the appearance of lots of money.
They're very sanitary IF they've been washed correctly

I've always disliked them too. I hated to wipe my hands and mouth on them because I felt that it would make the napkin look too messy ,and every restaurant does not have a strict policy on how well they clean those napkins*

Cloth napkins are offered mainly at fine dining establishments.
Of course they are sanitary.. it's not like they are re-used or anything.

Weeelll, they are surely cleaner than a 'sanitary' napkin. If in a cheap resturant, they are probably as clean as you assume. (Break it down and you are making an a_ss (of) u (and) me. In an upscale resturant, they are probably cleaner than you are. You get what you pay for.

yea they are nasty..i like the ones you can just throw away...with a cloth napkin it feels like a blanket than something you wipe your face on

They`re nice. It makes you feel like your "clean" even though it`s a napkin. ;]
