Because he is to into his Crabby Patties he never has time for anything but work. Mr. Krabs keeps him on a tight schedule.

There aren't many potential girls for him anyway... other then Sandy or maybe even Pearl. >.>
It's just a cartoon, and is too lighthearted for spongebob to fall in love.
