On the inside or the outside? Lots of people have hair in the ears but are yours really fuzzy on the outside? Can you braid it?
How does this fit into this category....hmmm...Your ears are fuzzy because you have been applying leftover McDonald's grease on them and have discovered the cure for baldness!

Go and get checked out by the doctor, there could be millions of possibilities and explanations for this. Have you been exposed to very loud sounds recently ? Do you have anything lodged in your ear canal? Do you have a build- up of wax in your ear canal than can't be cleaned unless syringed? Do you have any water trapped in your ears?
By the way, it's a nicely placed question in this category.

All joking aside, scientists have found that ear hair is linked to the Y chromosome. That's why only men (who have the XY chromosomes) can have fuzzy ears (women have XX).

It's probably just 'mold' from hanging out in too many dark, moist restaurants...have the waiter bath them in a bowl of vinegar and, don't forget to 'tip' them...(the waiter...not your ears...)
