I have a daughter and her name is molly- She is 5 months. Her Dad, wanted a DNA test but when we first found out I was pregnant he wanted me to get an abortion and he was calling around trying to make an appointment for me. So we did one and its comming back that he isnt the father... My question is, can someone fake a DNA test; He's in the military and had a kit shipped to him and clearly doesnt want to pay child support money... Molly was born @ 37 weeks and he was the only person that I was with at the time.... That was in june but on may the 9th I was with an ex bf Mike. If Mike is mollys dad well then she must be 40-42 weeks...The other thing is that molly has inverted nipples and so does Mark... Mark is an ex bf too and we were together 37 months ago. and mike is from 20months ago...

oK.... We have a court date comming up and Im going to ask them to retake it...Molly was born slightly premature and if you had a kit shipped over sea's youd be able to do what you wanted with it, right??

they are 7 weeks apart. Mike sperm wouldnt be able to survive 7 weeks. These all seem like good answers- I just want to make it clear that he had this DNA shipped to him not to any one else but him... He would of had to swab his-self and send it in...

If it was from a kit then yes, he could have had someone else fill out the kit. Mark can't be the dad unless you left something out because the time from isn't even close. Your whole Mike story is confusing but unless you were with him 14 to 15 months ago then he can't be the father either. I suggest that you find a way to get him to take a supervised DNA test and make sure it isn't his military buddies doing the supervision.

You can't fake DNA. But WHY WOULD YOU SHIP THE KIT TO HIM? Come on. Any fool knows he could have had someone else take the test. OK? You two need to handle that in person. And for GOD'S SAKE woman close your legs!

I know what you are going thru cause I went thru the same thing with my daughter when she was almost 1 yrs old and her father is a preacher. He wanted me to get an abortion and its weird because the DNA test that his lawyer gave me turned out negative but the one my lawyer had order turned out positive. We had to go to court and the judge went to the hospital with the both of us and we took the test before the judge and it turned out positive so you probably more than likely need to get a second opinion for your baby's sake.

DNA both to determine which is the real father...DNA testing can be faked by obtaining someone Else's sample or DNA testing can be in accurate if your partner has this special condition where they actually have two different DNA characteristics within them.

No, not if you are going through a legit lab. Sounds like this may be the issue, not whether or not you can fake a dna test. Go for another one where you can trust the lab, not someone he decided on.

If your so sure, use a test and lab that is recognized by the court. You will have witnesses to eliminate any risk that the sample was not given by the alleged father.

if its a kit he could get someone else to take it for him. Of course it's not going to be that person's. Don't worry the courts will do a real one if it comes down to child support and all that.
