I own old guns. Ones passed down the family. I have a post Civil War pistol and some fifty and sixty year old rifles and shotguns. My preference depends on what my intended use would be. If I were a hunter and went bird hunting, I would prefer a shotgun. If I were to hunt deer, I would prefer a rifle of significant power. If I were defending myself in my own home from a burgular or intruder I would prefer a large caliber handgun. If you want to know if I like handguns more than shotguns or rifles, I would say "YES' because my favorite is the Smith & Wesson 45 caliber six shot revolver. It is dated 1871 and was my grandfather's. My preference is based on sentimental value. Otherwise, I would probably prefer a small caliber rifle for target shooting.

Well right now all I own is a 22 revolver. But, I love all firearms. My favorite that I have gotten to fire off a couple of rounds was a 45 cal. Super Redhawk. Its a damn hand cannon, but you feel like dirty Harry because you could blow a hole in someone. Very fun.

I only have a BB gun.... but my dream is to get a handgun. Rifles are cool too, but it's harder to get a permit for something like that.(in my case)

Each one of my tools has a specific role that it fills. A rifle or shotgun I use for hunting. My pistols I use for defense

i got a highpoint .380 that I keep in my purse. i bought it as soon as i turned 21 for 119.00$ pretty good deal I thought. Im ready to bust some capz in some azz's!~
