I am on the NuvaRing and I was told it has the lowest hormonal dosage. I"ve only been on it for a month but Im trying not to gain any weight. Ever since I been on birth control(Depo, Pill, Patch) I have had trouble getting to my normal weight which is 135. Im 160 now. Has anyone had good expieriences with this? Or would you suggest something else?

I was on the patch before it was pulled from the market. Now I have been on the nuva ring since FEB. I have not had any weight gain at all. And my periods are very light and easy.
Normally if you walk a little and watch your carb intake ---- you will lose about 2 lbs a week. Also- try cutting out all sugary drinks from you diet. No pepsi or cokes---- those each have about 39 grams of sugar---- you only need like 45 grams per day

Out of all of the crap I have tried, I love the Ring! I have not had any weight gain or lose....lol! Simply watch what you eat, of course your body is different from the next women's, so try it for a month-three months if you do not like it, talk with your Dr and try another method.

I did use it and that i enjoyed it. Try another medication or excersise daily and drink a lot of water
