No, absolutely.
In fact men only is fertile if his sperm wiil be good and for knowing that it needs a specif clinical exam!
Otherwise he has to have sex with a girl and then wait to know if she get pregnant!

You can see sperm under a regular ole microscope, but I don't know if the average person can tell the difference between low and high count, or motility, and all of that technical stuff. You can at least check and see if he has ANY I guess.

Just masturbate, if you climax and semen comes out then you most likely can impregnate a woman. In some cases (very rarely) the sperm is weak or there's some sort of abnormality that affects the quality of it. Just an opinion from what I have heard.

yeah. after like you whack off and junk, take some of the testosterone that came out and look at it under a microscope. you can see the little squiggly sperms wiggling around. if you see lots of them you should be able to have a baby. my friend and i do that all the time. its fun.
