Guys way of saying that I like you but I'm too shy to just tell you. Don't rush it but let him come to you and give him sometime because it seems like he is going to need it to build up the courage to tell you that he likes you or he could just like the feel of your skin.

we'll obviously he has problems!.. when he tries to feel up on you again girlfriend do the exact same thing he did to you! then he'll realize what a fool he looks like when he sends you mixed signals!!

Pull him to the side privately if you don't like and tell him he is really making you feel uncomfortable when he touches you and would he please stop. And you should keep your hands to yourself too.
