In the human body there are 206 bones, but when we are born we have about 300. As you grow up they fuse together. Bones are very important because they support your body and allow you to move. The femur (thigh bone) is the longest bone in your body. The stirrup bone in your ear is the smallest bone in your body. In each of your hands you have 26 bones.

i'm guessing the femur, upper leg (you might call it the thigh bone). I could be wrong, I had anatomy and physiology at 8am, there were 100 or so of us in the class and I cut way more than I should have.
