Heavens to Betsy! I know that young people are curious about sex and jump at every discription out there, but I am very concerned about you. That just isn't a question you should be asking in cyber-space.
Can you speak with your parents about this? If you can't, please find a trusting adult and confide in them, but be careful.
Surely if you are asking 'what is oral sex', I have to conclude that you are too young to be concerned about this right now.
