I suggest you try Optiflora. This two-product system uses new technology to protect beneficial microflora during the rigors of shipping, storage, and the acidic journey through your stomach. Other products claim live microflora at the time of manufacture. Guaranteed delivery of live microflora (500 million) to your colon by this product. This is a patented process.
This two-product systems includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora).
This is totally natural with only good side effects. I'm not saying this will completely take care of the problem but I feel very assured that you will start seeing very positive results.
Hope this helps and best wishes. For more info, feel free to contact me.

I have a similar problem. I have constipation and horrible gas and have had for years now. I have had a tubal 10 years ago when I was 22. since then I have had 1 miscarriage, and now have no idea whether or not I can get pregnant. The doctor said since I had a miscarriage, she doesn't know if I can get pregnant or not. The gassy, wierd stomach can trip you out because it mirrors some of the pregnancy symptoms. This wierds me out all the time. If anyone knows what it is, I'd love to hear about it. My dictors sure don't know, but yo are definately not alone.

Hi After I had my daughter, she'll be 2 next month, I was under a lot of stress, and I first started with constipation lasted 2 weeks I tried and took everything under the sun. Then it stopped and I had diarrhea for 1 month and nothing I took stopped it, I had to get prescription drugs, I then noticed that every time I ate meat, any type pork or beef my stomach hurt so bad & then I would throw up. It was horrible it lasted 3 months. I finally went and had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with Crohns disease. So if you are still having problems, go to somewhere else , My doctor gave me the run around and I suffered, luckly I had PPO so I went to different doctors to find out what was wrong with me.
Good luck and be sure you push your doctor or they will not care until it's to late.

Drink water. Keep water in your hand at all times. Drink water until you can stand water no more, and then.....drink some more water! If this does not help, tell your doctor you want a perscription for GlycoLax. It is a softener, not a laxitive. It will let things move easier. If that does not work, you need to have a colonoscopy to rule out abnormalities of the colon.

I usually get constipated right before my period. I try to eat light, include more fruits & vegetables, and drink LOTS of water. It helps me quite a bit.

Looks like what you described are symptoms of endometriosis. Ask your Gyn about it. You could also take up yoga. Yoga exercises have easy positions that aid your organs to function well. aVOID APPLES, they are supposed to cause constipation. Drink tea.

This response will be different for all people.
The best for you is to question your physician, if he/she does
not give you an adequate response. Go to another one.
You will find your problem does have an answer.
good luck
