There's a traveling fair thing called "A Day Out With Thomas the Tank Engine" that goes around the US and they sell a TON of Thomas merchandise. I worked for them last summer when they were in my town, so see if they're near you and check out what they have to offer. There's also a train ride and lots of free activities for kids there.

Try a hobby shop or train shop. Also you just have to ask around sometimes walmart or target places like that carry them sometimes.

Try Wal-Mart and also you can look up stores in your area on-line to see if they sell them then GO into that store and buy them.
