Evidently you aren't washing every day or more time in a day even!
Now I realize why I read about many penis infections on these pages!! Hygiene is really a plus for many people!

Where's it been lately? Fishy smells are usually something you expect from a woman's parts, not a man's. Where've you been dipping the wick lately?
Are you sure you don't have jock itch or some other kind of rash? Try applying a little jock itch medication for a few days and see if it doesn't go away.

Odds are that you have trichomonas or some other sort of bacterial infection. It doesn't have to be sexually transmitted but often it is. You need to stop by the doctor, describe your symptoms and get a prescription for an antibiotic. This will not go away on it's own if it is an infection. It is easy to treat however...so just go and don't be embarrassed. Better to treat it then pass it on to someone.

Assuming you don't want any fish/sex jokes and your hygiene is up to par, I'd say it may be a yeast infection. If you have a regular partner you could be passing it back and forth. You'll both have to be treated.
