You can get from your own if you are not already infected with the Herpez virus. The only possible way to get while masterbating is touching an ulcer of active Herpez on your lip or in your mouth with your hand , and then masturbate in the hand without washing.

Actually yes you can, HSV (Herpes Simplex Virus both type 1 and type 2) can transmitted (IF YOU HAVE THE VIRUS ALREADY) from your oral or anal region due to poor hygiene to your genital region.
The same is actually true with other STDS such as gonorrhea, and syphilis, and even pubic lice. gonorrhea and syphilis can infect your eye and of course penis/vaginal areas, and public lice can infect your eye lashes, eye brows, or hair.
