Race is a subjective socio-economic construct, based in a mental illness to distract Humans from being Humans. Providing the false concept of Superior and Inferior Humans. The dominant culture has promoted the erroneous concept of various races through many venues, psuedo-science in particular.

All animals to the best of my knowledge have the same colour blood. Fish, lizards, birds, quadrupeds, and Humans have Red Blood. Non oxygenated blood is bluish-red, Oxygenated blood is a Bright red. Human Blood is carbon phyllic, it loves carbon, carbon monoxide, carbon di-oxide, alcohol, etc.

Humans all have the same colour blood, but do not necessarily bleed the same blood. There are 4 basic blood classifications: O, A, B, & AB. There are 2 variations of these types Rh Positive & Rh Negative. Most people are Rh positive in any of the categories.

The four bacic types are not restricted to the socio-economic limitting, primitve designations used for members of the Human family today

There is no IQ or aptitude test comparing performance according to blood type because any test would be invalid. I just did a PubMed search and there is no link between blood type and intelligence (or no research supporting the link). The only hematological cause of IQ differences appears to be the presence of higher levels of lead in the blood.
I'm not completely sure what it is you are implying. IQ varies according to blood color? IQ varies according to blood type?
I don't agree with your implication that race is based in a mental illness. Saying this is analogous to implying that gender is also based in a mental illness. Mental illness involves abnormal functioning (cognitive, personality, or behavioral). Far as I know, all people (for we all have race) do not function in an abnormal fashion based on race alone. Race is not a mental illness. It is part of who you are, part of what makes you different. Qualities of race, such as skin color, have developed over thousands of years as a way to survive the environment. Other aspects of race have developed through generations of cultural differences and ancestry.
It is possible that the "mental illness" of race is due to prejudicial and erroneous perceptions of race that some people make. However, this would make the "mental illness" a more isolated problem, rather than global as you have suggested. Even still, prejudice and bigotry are not diagnoses (or even symptoms of any mental illness) in the DSM-IV TR.
Perhaps you perceive a link between IQ and blood type due to confounding variables. IQ, or rather the assessment of intelligence, can be affected by aspects of culture, such as language and communication.
Trying to determine if IQ and blood type are linked is a logistical nightmare. Any research would be correlational or quasi-experimental at best. How would you control for extraneous and confounding variables, such as gender, cultural background, socioeconomic status, sexuality, education, development, etc? It would be nearly impossible to determine causality. Any IQ test would be purely speculative.

Interesting question. Maybe these tests have been done but no correlation between IQ and bloodtype have been found. But there is strong evidence that Ashkenazi Jews specifically score significantly higher than other ethnic groups in aptitude tests and have a disproportionate amount of Nobel prize winners among them. I am not sure where, but I've read somewhere that they also have rarer bloodtypes. Whether that has anything to do with aptitude I don't know.
